COVID-19 Entry requirements for travelling between the UK and France

Travelling from the UK to France
The UK is currently on the French amber list. Entry requirements are different depending on whether you are fully vaccinated or not.

If you are fully vaccinated you must:
Fully vaccinated passengers and passengers under 12 years old will not be required to present a negative test to enter French territory. Quarantine is no longer required upon arrival in France. Unvaccinated minors travelling with fully vaccinated adults will not be required to quarantine.
If you are fully vaccinated you must:
- Present proof of your vaccination status at border controls. You will need your NHS Covid Pass (your appointment card from vaccination centres is NOT designed to be used as proof of vaccination). You can request your NHS Covid Pass via the NHS website or by calling 119.
- Complete a sworn statement certifying the absence of COVID-19 symptoms and of any contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.

- Complete an International Travel Certificate stating your essential reason for travel. You can find the Travel Certificate to Metropolitan France on the French Ministry of Interior's website (select 'Travel to/from an amber list country').

- Present a negative PCR or antigenic test result taken no more than 24 hours prior to departure if you are 12 years old or over.
- Quanrantine From 12th February 2022, travellers from the UK to France who are not fully vaccinated, no longer need to self-isolate on arrival.
